DEMO=0 python3 build.py after wiring real content.Nitrogen-based net protein content for powders. The cheapest test on the menu.
Protein content in a powder is a nitrogen measurement. Amino-acid spiking inflates the number, so this test reports net protein and flags the discrepancy when the nitrogen figure is inconsistent with the peptide assay.
Confirms the molecule is what the label claims, by measuring the mass of the eluting ions. Catches substitution and the wrong compound entirely.
How much is actually in the vial, compared against the declared strength and reported as a percentage of claim.
Area percent of the main peak, with the chromatogram attached so the figure can be checked rather than trusted.
A report ID and unique key that resolve to a public record. Anything that does not resolve is not a genuine report.
| Target | Protein powders (whey, casein, plant blends) |
|---|---|
| Testing method | Kjeldahl / Dumas nitrogen + HPLC amino profile |
| Result format | g protein per 100 g, per serving |
| Minimum sample | 30 g powder |
Adding free amino acids like glycine or taurine raises the nitrogen number without adding complete protein. It is detectable.
Add any of these to the same vial, on the same certificate.
Describe the sample and we will tell you what to order — or whether we can test it at all.
