Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Order details (name, email, phone, sample description, claimed strength, origin label), shipping information, payment confirmation tokens, and standard server logs. We do not store card numbers — card data is handled by the payment processor.

2. Why we collect it

To run the test you ordered, to contact you about your sample or result, to maintain chain of custody, and to publish results where you have opted in.

3. What we publish

Published results show the origin label you supplied, the compound, the date, the result and the report identifier. We do not publish your name, address, email or phone number without a separate, explicit instruction from you.

4. Who we share it with

The partner laboratory that runs the analysis receives the sample and the minimum information needed to test it. Payment processors receive transaction data. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Result records and certificates are retained indefinitely so that published batches remain verifiable. Contact data is retained while you are an active customer and for the period required by tax and record-keeping law.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at hello@verdicalab.com. Deletion of personal data does not remove a published batch result, which is retained as a testing record.

7. Cookies

We use no advertising cookies. Any analytics are aggregate and do not identify you.
