Melanotan II analysis

Cosmetic peptide, frequently substituted with cheaper analogues.

Melanotan II is often swapped for a cheaper analogue with similar cosmetic effects. Mass spectrometry is decisive where the customer cannot tell.

What this test tells you

Identity — LC-MS

Confirms the molecule is what the label claims, by measuring the mass of the eluting ions. Catches substitution and the wrong compound entirely.

Content — quantitative HPLC

How much is actually in the vial, compared against the declared strength and reported as a percentage of claim.

Purity — HPLC-UV

Area percent of the main peak, with the chromatogram attached so the figure can be checked rather than trusted.

A verifiable report

A report ID and unique key that resolve to a public record. Anything that does not resolve is not a genuine report.

Frequently asked questions
Melanotan I vs II?

Different molecules, different masses — both are distinguishable.
